Hi @Shaz51 .. thank you for asking.  As I mentioned in the Hot Chocolate thread, I saw my psych this afternoon.  We talked about some really triggering stuff today.  I thought I was okay, but now find myself going downhill fast.  I'll be okay, but its upsetting that I just cant seem to handle this stuff.  After so long ...

as my kidney specialist  said that I will need a kidney transplant within 10 years , before that I will need to go on the diyalisis

I am on 8 meds a day now for everything  and the doctor says I need to get my diabetes under control

I thought I was okay, but now find myself going downhill fast.  I'll be okay, but its upsetting that I just cant seem to handle this stuff. , --- I am the same , walking with you

BOM predicting 100+ mm of rain here over the next couplemof days here @Shaz51,

People are already stocking up on bread and milk so the shelves are empty. It takes a lot more than 100mm of rain to cut supplies of so have never understood this trend but it is the town joke. River is up in the morning wont be any bread or milk on the shelves by the afternoon.
