I don't work night shift but I have trouble sleeping...

I think it's  partly due to  the weather...we're getting a couple of warmer days down here and then it drops back to cooler again....

@jamesle2015& @MDT agreed, I also find warm ro hit wearher difficult for sleeping. It's nice tonight, but I had a nap earlier this afternoon and while I am kinda sleepy feom my meds, I'm also awake. Ug
