Todays been really hard. I'm getting tempted to do what I did last night

@Zoe7 but what If I'm tired of fighting this. I've taken max prn dose and called helplines and went through my safety plan but for what

I can't answer that @The-red-centaur All I know is that I fight to get through each day and sometimes that fight is an easy one and other days I feel the same as you - but I keep going and you can too - we keep going for those moments of joy that come along unexpectedly or for the person that comes into our lives that makes us smile - or for me it is seeing my little Toby's face when he wants snuggles or Cat meowing when I cuddle her. We all have things in our lives that give us those moments of happiness - it is about finding them and hanging on to them when you don't think you can do it anymore!
