@Targetdindividual things like dizziness, heart palpitations, muscle weakness, etc. Last night I was also having chest pain. I also have other symptoms that are against guidelines to mention.

Yes, it’s a good idea to let your CW and anyone else who is supporting you know, because they can help

It's probably not a bad idea to see a GP @The-red-centaur for some blood tests and a thorough check up. See if you can find one that's good with mental health issues. Time now to take care of yourself sweetie. There's only one of you. Anytime you need my support I'm here for you OK? Hugs

I don't know if I should go to hospital, things are getting worse.
(I have health anxiety so I don't know if I'm blowing it out of proportion but I don't feel well) I can't remember the last time I kept a meal down.

Health direct (nurse on call) is good for these sorts of questions as well and getting the right help

It sounds like you need to get checked @The-red-centaur , so maybe think about the next one step you can take ...... 

Is that step calling Healthdirect ?  

Or getting to hospital ?

Or having a cup of Milo or sonething liquid like that, then seeing how you feel in half an hour ?
