Yeah I get that @Bow ... I always seem to get in strife when I talk too.  A bit sad really isnt it, that when you would probably benefit from being able to talk things through ... you arent able to. It would be very easy for me to say for you to go to your offline supports ... but I know that many of us here honestly do not have any offline support they can go to.  And many of us are afraid to contact any of the helplines.  So I will just say ... I am here for you, in whatever limited capacity I am able to offer support and or understanding.  And I will remind you that if you consider that your life or wellbeing is in any significant danger ... you really do need to contact 000.  Never hesitate under those circumstances.
