@Shaz51 - I think I be alright for now. Might need it later in the arvo. The weather here is sooo cold today. I had a hot chocolate this morning. Then a soy flat white with the client as well for a meeting. Went for lunch and had a popcorn ice cream. See image below! Although I think it is a bit crazy given it is cold but oh well.....

There's rain on the way here so I attacked the lawn, finished the front but only 1/2 the back, but clapped out, shocking headache, oh dear, it can wait. Haven't seen my race so red - good for the conplexsion they say 🙂

Saw a photo of mum today, she is getting thin, gonna have to step up, get strong & go visit them soon. Its hard watching ya parents fade away.

In a bit of a crisis day over here ..... I'm not wanting to speak out on the. LE threads today cos there are others struggling already and I don't want to add to their loading ....

D3 has not gone to school today as she had an (already extended) oral presentation due today.  She hasn't completed it.  There is a final deadline on it for 3:30pm this afternoon, our time.  If she doesn't submit her presentation by then, she will be awarded a 0, and cannot graduate with her year group.

She is racing the clock at the moment to submit something, even if she fails the assignment .... but if she dies manage to scrape through today, it will be the same tomorrow with another assignment she hasn't begun, and on Friday again with another one.

Next week, all through the week, it will be the same .... with her ability to graduate riding on the outcome of each day ....

Although it sounds pretty desperate, I'm in a place of "it will be what it will be" .... she will either pass or fail at each step of the way across the next week and a half .... and we will survive it either way.

Its just really hard going in the moment.

There may be room for recourse if / when WH is diagnosed, but right now I don't even know who we could ask that question of ....

I'll be back looking for coffee once today's deadline has passed .... whatever the outcome ....

Its so hard F&H, sometimes we wish we could just do it for them. Sending prayers for strength & focus that D3 girl is able to get it together, a big week for her. You have a good attitude about it. Hugz, chat l8tr 🙂
