Re: Looking for some coping strategies and self care tips please.
My name is kritika and I suffer from hearing voices they tell me to harm myself I don't know what to do o have tried distraction like reading a book but it's even difficult for me to move when this starts.
Can anyone please help me what to do?
Or suggest any counceller?or anything.
As I am at home most of the time any reference with community work.
They tell me to harm others too. Also they come up with dirty thoughts.

Re: Looking for some coping strategies and self care tips please.
Hey @Kritika
It sounds like you are doing your best to distract yourself from these distressing thoughts! It can be really tough to control the thoughts our brain has. I hope you are finding the forums supportive.
Its important you also reach out for support offline if you feel you need to. Lifeline (13 11 14) and Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467) are both available 24/7 if it helps to speak to someone.
All the best!
Jupiter
