@Till23 maybe one day I can but that's not right now.
I'm rugged up in my hungry hungry hippo pjs and my oodie dressing gown. Even just reading 'T-shirt' made me shiver 😂.

Hi @Shaz51 @Oaktree I think I am slowly moving the sleep clock around to the right time. Only slept in a little bit this morning. It's freezing though so was good to be warm in bed. Had my hot porridge when I got up to keep me warm for a bit longer.
The good thing about firewood is it keeps you warm twice once while you're chopping and oonce when it's in the fire. I'm sitting in front of my lit fire now after chopping wood this afternoon.

Firewood could potentially keep you warm 3 times if you need to stack it.
I am glad that your sleep cycle is gradually coming back to the right time.
Have you got any plans for the coming week? I have a psychiatrist appointment tomorrow morning. Then psychology on Wednesday. Going to tackle some EMDR this week.

How is the foggy, fatigued feeling today @Till23? 💛

Correct @Oaktree! I do move and stack my firewood and that is probably the most physically intense time, because I move a tonne or half a tonne in a couple of hours!
This week I am trying to stay dry!
I am going to volunteering on thursday. Hopefully some sport training (depending on the weather!)
Hope your appointments go well

Hi @AuntGlow still happening
Had a weird dissociative type episode today - I have had ones before, but this was an unusual and probably longest lasting one (I don't really talk about them, previously not at all really). Was seeing psychologist today - who said use Sane if you need to (after trying to explain to her what happened - I'm a bit hazy on it) - I think she meant the phone service, but I don't think that is operational at the moment. @AuntGlow @tyme anyone free to talk about dissociation
On the other hand Wimbledon is on so kind of good that I'm still a bit on the European time zone 😂
How are you going @AuntGlow

@Till23 I loved your riffing with @Oaktree about chopping firewood etc…. Made me laugh and feel grateful …I don’t need to do it … for me its just a thought
I hope you find meaning or understanding about your dissociation today…. I rarely have found good people to talk about those things with. My psychiatrist doesn’t really do it. However I really like my new psychologist. She asks great response questions which really show she is listening. I feel there is good potential therapeutic relationship. Some of the answers lay within us, but even how we open up can influence how we come to settle upon understanding. Having someone to bounce ideas off helps.
I tried to write a response a couple days ago, but somehow lost it in the system.
