Talking about it face to face is really tough. The most important thing for you to know is that its not your fault at all. Ok.
Sleeping is rough. Im wondering if you coud speak to your gp for something for sleep? Your still in the really early stages so things will be more rough but with help and support youll be ok and be able to move forward ❤
