I've been mainly listening to instrumental music and music in foreign languages., or generally just music where I can't really understand what the vocalist is singing. This is so I can't be manipulated by the message of the lyrics or conditioned and controlled. Subsequently, I have been discovering a lot of cool jazz and prog and world music.

@Former-Member  that is awesome. You are right to try different forms of music to listen to. Here is one I never liked as a teenager but as I am listening to it now I am appreciating it so much more with the lyrics as it  is reminding me of my voice which has been taken away from me by my medication. I miss my voice not the others just the one and only special one.
