Its been too cold to get sunlight but I'm going to try the thyroid butterfly wing sunlight meditation today and see how I go @TAB ‌❤️‌ Have thought of red light therapy as its being heavily promoted now on the health circuit, seen facebook friends investing in red light devices. The doctor in his article said people have been able to reduce or come off thyroid medication with red light therapy. I usually feel better after sitting in the sun. This little Gecko loves bathing in the sunlight, so will go outdoors today and give my thyroid some beautiful healing UV sunshine rays 😎

Drs say that themselves when it suits them @Meowmy  re 'you know your body better than anyone else' .. thanks re study,  end is in sight for the assignments this fortnight , well and for the course, ha. 

had a moan about worrying wont get a job after the course a few days ago in email to trainer. They did not reply. ha ha lol
