Something’s not right

Re: Having a hard time

@outlander If write down symptoms is no good, may be try to listen to body signals. Recently I started to have heel pains after walking. I find that if I walk a bit differently or stretch my feet, they get better. So I just listen to my body and juggle my way around the pains. Funny I didn’t feel anxious about not able to walk in the future.I kindly feel confident knowing the signals from my body, my feet would be ok.

Re: Having a hard time

@Jaz5 So hard to feel panic and fearful of the worst, especially at night.May be try what everyone recommend to me about the coping box, calm self with nice hand creams, nice oils, nice bath. To trick the mind for a bit, out of that intense tension headache and fears for the worst. Funny how our mind works, it can be tricked out of serious distress.

i also find at night, when I turn on the thoughts about my loved family members, some even passed away, it helps to think how they coped in life with their wisdom.

In bad nights, I turn on sounds I recorded on trips with loved family, just listen to them. I also find talking to myself in the dark, especially about what I did achieve helps me to feel good and relaxed.
