I presume your doctor knows about it?

Okay, I'm guessing not then if you've already received a diagnosis.
Are they bothering you a lot today? A walk might help (probably not a good idea to drive if you're hallucinating....)
I'm having a bit of a bad day myself. - So I've been on here reading, but not making much sense of people's posts, - so sorry if I misunderstand what you say. I've got a massive case of concrete brain and it's just not working today.

I was diagnosed with bipola and schizophrenia 5years ago by memory. My memory is really bad i forget what was happening

I was diagnosed as schizoaffective around 5 years ago too. It's been an arduous ride of meds, hospital and centrelink since then for me.
Does you're doctor know you're not doing so well?
