@outlander Hey, thanks for support. That’s really nice and kind. I am glad you are ok now and on a cold night doing studies and paper work. I am not too bad, just wear the pains and sadness and sit at home.

@outlander time to wind down for the night. Wish you a good sleep. I just wear sadness and emotional pains ATM, not sure because of the cold reality or my illness and traumas. But feel much better connected in here, feel more relaxed and less lonely.

@outlander  hey, how are you this evening? I am used to roller coaster life and emotions, filled with sadness and pain. I am learning to be less scared about that. I am sitting waiting to watch the news, not actively trying to ‘get rid’ of my sufferings.

im not so great tonight to be honest, thanks for asking. i cant watch the news, i find theres way to much horrible things in the world.
Riding the rollercoaster can be really tough hey, sometimes it is about accepting and trying to breathe through it.
your welcome, i dont mind being here for you. i see youve met some of the other members here too on the good morning thread.
