hi @Shaz51 thanks for the tag. How do you deal with Mr.Shaz's family's negativity? I have to volunteer with this really negative guy and it's taking it's toll on me 'cos he never lets up.

It does get to me a times too @BryanaCamp 

lots of times we end up doing nothing  and then other times I can say " Lets Go" when mr shaz suggests something xx
