House for old mother's

Hi I know there are so many older women living like this because there is no affordable house in Australia and women who stayed home and raised their children are considered bludger a burden on society.

We need together and do something, but what useless worthless old lady don't have any power no one cares what strange life you dedicate your existence to your child and the community and your payment,? homelessness .strange world that if you dump your kids on some and blame everyone for your problems you will be taken care of but try to be a citizen and your reward is ,you looser piece of shit get a job .which I have but my health is failing so I can't go to work.i love my kids and my grandkids but I'm just a burden looser and they would be better off without me .even though they think I'm not as bad as I think I am .I hate feeling this way it just makes me more of a burden .what the point

Hey @Nomore1,

It's heartbreaking to feel like a "burden" or "loser" when you've contributed to your family and community.

The housing market is a huge strain and source of stress for many, especially for certain groups. It sounds like your feeling undervalued, and societal pressures can really compound that.

It looks like you may be a new poster in this community, I'm one of the Moderators here 🙂 it's a brave step reaching out on here- especially when you're feeling this depth hopelessness around- what's the point.

Id love to hear abit more about your story if your comfortable to share.
