hi @BlueBay
i dont have much advice really but i wanted to stop in to say your not alone. i find it really hard to make and maintain friendships. the people i assocatiate with only really talk to me when they need something from me like horse care etc but other than that i dont have anyone to call a friend.
i too lost alot of friends and im yet to work out the reason why.
anyways, just wanted to let you know your not along in your friendships struggles
