just nearly finished 2nd of the 3 assignments @Meowmy  feel a  bit beaten down with blood results , had before , but sort of overwhelming, well as happened many times now, on and off. most of pills the give me bad for kidneys and say monitor, then they carry on when levels high, just makes me feel sick. Sorry. times like this rather stay away from dr for 3-6 months prob still live, ha ha

Hey @TAB good morning to you. Going outside today to get some sunlight on my thyroid. Read in my thyroid book by Anthony William that UV light is really good for thyroid. Also saw something else the other day by a doctor mentioning red light therapy and thyroid and how its relatively the same benefits as sunlight.  Anthony William in his book says the same thing but does not mention red light therapy. He suggests just getting sunlight on your thyroid.
