Re: Was Christmas always this stressful?
It is getting warm in Australia isn't it ? May I address your concerns and then ..... We can have a little think about what our long term goals are ?
It's a good idea to get the diary about writing down goals but then : I've got a friend who is very depressed and I'm going to her home with glue and magazines to start making up our own dreams posters.
It makes sense to me maybe to you and @Shaz51 that in your past someone or a situation has beat you down : has someone important in your life bullied you when you were young ?
These are the steps that I have done for memories of being bullied from my mum ; from when life was overwhelming and I couldn't clean my home or do my dishes.
Get yourself to the GP and sign up for Silver Chain. When they call you : stay on the topic of having someone in to help you write timetables for yourself on the fridge and with you clean what you can.
When I was at my worst : this is a continuous belt for me that repeats itself in my life.
I get my silver chain ladies in : thank them and get my home clean. I'm able to start cleaning with them and start sticking to a few things on the timetable.
For instance :
Like sometimes : 8 am I can have a coffee recorded.
9am shower
10am : go to GP.
Noon : computer
