Nothing will help anymore. It's no use. In bed and can't sleep. I wish it was easy to call the CAT team but it's not. I just want out. I'm sorry.
No shower or cup of tea can't be bothered. Don't want to face the world anymore.

@BlueBay. Try not to focus on the behavior that has already happened. Its past. You can't change what you have done. But you can change what you do next.
We all have regrets. Some people with MI may well struggle with impulse control. And it can be hard to remember to breathe and calm down as much as possible before we react or speak.
But you are kind to others. You try not to hurt others. But you do hurt yourself a lot.
LifeLine or CAT could help when you are struggling the most. Or you can keep talking to us here.
I'm sorry you are struggling so hard.
What can you do right now - right this minute to refocus on?
A cup of tea. Making sandwiches for tomorrow's lunch. Having a shower. Knitting.
What can you do now?

Just cry @BlueBay. Ask hubby for a hug. If that's not suitable - maybe you can ask and ger a hug from one of your kids. Or you can hug Jersey.
You need to try and refocus. Keep trying. It will come.
I'm thinking of you and sending you my love. And I'll be here to chat with.

❤️ @BlueBay ..... sending you hugs as well ..... breathe .... these feelings will pass .... you need to wait them out.

Call Lifeline and tell them how you're feeling.  Your kids are the point.  Call the CAT team or Lifeline for them.

Hugs and more hugs .... you are worth it @BlueBay.

Find a bodily position where you feel safe. I tend to rock a lot and curl up in foetal position. I emerge when I feel well again .. well often I need to do other things ... but eventually I can find my calm peaceful place inside.

Do you have a safe place in your home for when you are feeling like this? Hospital can be great for respite and to learn things. 

I often just thought ahead to my next appointment .. only a couple of days.
